WIELD offers development, education and direction to young men from all walks of life. Guiding participants to the path of innovative entrepreneurship & employment, WIELD provides opportunity to build deep networks with a broad array of resources. Adding life skills training to the mix, Fellows are fully prepared to "adult," armed with the tools and know-how to manage their personal & professional lives effectively.

Cohort Based
WIELD Fellows are like-minded individuals working together towards a common mission. Cohorts meet in-person for 4 weeks, live in WIELD housing, and develop routines and relationships for life.

Earn while you learn! WIELD Fellows develop entrepreneurial aptitude working in a "family business" with ownership or employment opportunity upon successful completion of the program.

Investigation
Discovery, exploration and research allow you to learn the ins and outs of the role or industry in which you choose to conduct business.
Application
Once you determine the what, it's time to determine the HOW. Start or enhance a business with the guidance and expertise of seasoned entrepreneurs.

COHORT SCHEDULE
INVESTMENT: $5000
includes accommodations (during the 4-week intensive), training, guest lectures, activities, apprenticeship and mentoring sessions for 12 months*.

CHANGE YOUR WORLD
Admission to WIELD is highly selective. Applicants compete nationally for a spot in a cohort. Cohorts are kept small in order to maintain a personal, hands-on experience.
