Where do young men go to learn to be good MEN?
The WIELD Manhood Experience is led by seasoned entrepreneurs, husbands, fathers, business & community leaders, providing guidance and mentorship for males in the height of transition to adulthood.
Intense & fully-immersive, young men take a deep dive into the elements of positive manhood: being a gentleman, developing discipline, work ethic, financial independence, relationship management, healthy living, critical thinking & more.

The
Where Will The Young Men Reside?
Campers will reside in WIELD Housing - fully furnished apartments in Uptown Charlotte. There will be 8 men to a unit, and unit members will be grouped by age.
What Is the itinerary for the experience?
The daily agenda will contain sessions and activities related to the theme for that day. For example, if the theme is Professional Development, sessions may include business acumen & etiquette, communication skills, networking, etc.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN on SUNDAY?
Campers are asked to arrive at 4:00 pm on Sunday to get settled in and ready for the welcome reception/dinner.
WHAT TIME IS DISMISSAL ON FRIDAY?
Campers will be dismissed at 4:00 pm on Friday.
What do i need to pack?
- Business casual attire (collared shirts, slacks, non-athletic shoes)
- One suit or blazer and dress slacks
- Athletic attire for morning workouts
- Casual wear for social outings
- Toiletries
Is A payment plan available
Yes, with final payment due 2 days before session begins. Payment details will be provided once registration is processed.
Can I Bring A Car?
Yes, you can bring a car, though we suggest you don’t. There will be additional fees associated with parking in Uptown. Activities and sessions are all within walking distance of WIELD Housing, and transportation to farther events will be provided.

WIELD Fellows are like-minded individuals working together towards a common mission. Cohorts meet in-person for 4 weeks, live in WIELD housing, and develop routines and relationships for life.

Earn while you learn! WIELD Fellows develop entrepreneurial aptitude working in a "family business" and receive a professional certification in Entrepreneurial Mindset & Leadership.

CHANGE YOUR WORLD
Admission to WIELD is highly selective. Applicants compete nationally for a spot in a cohort. Cohorts are kept small in order to maintain a personal, hands-on experience.
